Information we collect

When you use Ploton, we collect the following information:

• Account information - your name, email address, and organization name when you sign up.
• Usage data - API call metadata, task execution logs, and performance metrics. This includes timestamps, endpoints called, and response codes.
• Payment information - billing details processed through our payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• OAuth tokens - encrypted access and refresh tokens for third-party services your agents connect to. These are stored encrypted and used only to execute tasks on your behalf.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Ploton platform
• Execute agent tasks and tool calls on your behalf
• Monitor platform performance and debug issues
• Send transactional communications (billing receipts, security alerts, service updates)
• Improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not use your task data to train AI models.

Data retention

Task execution logs are retained for 90 days by default. You can request earlier deletion at any time. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure. OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a third-party integration.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Ploton:

• Cloud infrastructure - for hosting and data storage
• Payment processing - for billing and subscription management
• Analytics - for aggregate usage metrics (no personally identifiable information shared)

When your agents connect to third-party services via OAuth, data is exchanged directly with those services according to their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export your data at any time via the API
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

If you are located in the EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
